How to Apply ㅣRequests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product via our call center (010-4812-9495) or through the Q&A board on our website.

Shipping Costs ㅣFor returns due to a change of mind, a round-trip shipping fee of 5,000 KRW will be charged.If the remaining amount after the return exceeds 50,000 KRW, the return shipping fee is 2,500 KRW.

- 상품 하자, 오배송의 경우 수령일로부터 7일 이내 고객센터 접수 후 교환∙반품 또는 환불이 가능합니다. (교환/반품비 무료)

- 제품 특성상 단순 변심, 고객의 부주의에 의한 제품 손상 및 파손, 사용 및 개봉한 경우 교환/반품이 불가합니다.

- 네이버페이 결제 주문은 동일 상품 / 동일 옵션 교환만 가능합니다.
